Kl Rahul who is not in team India since long time due to injury is now clears his fitness test and will be back to the squad as vice captain.
Team India's Schedule in Asia Cup 2022 -
The Indian Team campaign for Asia Cup 2022 will begin with high - voltage match against Pakistan on 28 August in Dubai cricket ground. The schedule of team India are - India vs Pakistan, 28 August and India vs Qualifier, 31 August in Dubai.

Asia Cup 2022 Teams and Host -
There will be total six team which will be divided into two groups. Group A consist of India, Pakistan and Qualifier while Group B include Sri Lanka, Afganistan and Bangladesh. The Qualifier team will be from Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, UAE.
The Super-4 of the tournament will start from 3rd September and final Match will be played on 11th September in Dubai Cricket Ground (UAE). This is the 15th edition of "Asia Cup" which is going to commence from 27 August in United Arab Emirates (UAE), earlier this tournament is scheduled to be played in Sri Lanka but due to ongoing economic and political crises Asian Cricket Council (ACC) shifted it to UAE.
